9th - Honor Guard for Terry Dean, a Vietnam veteran who has joined our legions of brothers and sisters now guarding our pearly gates.  Date is May 9th, place swinging bridge in Warsaw time 11:00 hours. We need to be there at 10:30 hours, dress class “A” and as many volunteers as we can muster. Call Doc Brown and let him know. 438-9444.

3d, 4th & 5th - Jubilee Day’s Hot Dog Wagon.

3d, 4th & 5th - Department Convention in Jefferson City.

14th - Regular meeting, Headquarters building, 18:00 hours.

19th - This is family day at Warrensburg Veterans Home.  We have been asked to help cook about 1,500 hot dogs and hamburgers, and help in other places.  They need another cooker if some one wants to bring one.  All food will be supplied by Veterans Home.  We have asked the VFW, American Legion, and the Elks to participate with us to show that Warsaw Service Organizations care about our Veterans. We need to be there at 09:00 hours.

July

4th - Pecan Grove Hot Dog Wagon.

10th - Member’s Picnic.  Bring covered dish, BYOB, we will supply meat. Location to be announced.

12th - Regular meeting, Headquarters building, 18:00 hours.

17th - Golf tournament  at Meadowbrook Country Club, Clinton, MO.  The “Hole-In-One” prize is a 2010 Chevy Malibu

24th - Hot Dog Wagon at Warsaw Walmart.

11th - VETERANS DAY. Wreathing of the waters at the Harbor.  Hot dog wagon dispensing coffee and doughnuts.  Veterans program at the high school with breakfast free.
